Respect – We expect our students, staff, parents and visitors to:

• Listen to others without interrupting as everyone deserves to be heard.
• Do what is asked the first time. Follow instructions promptly and positively.
• Take pride in our environment and community by keeping our school clean, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibility – We expect our students, staff, parents and visitors to:

• Be prepared for lessons - Come ready to learn with the right equipment and mindset.
• Stay on top of schoolwork and meet deadlines - Manage your time and complete tasks on time.
• Take accountability for behaviour and learning.  Own your actions and strive to improve every day.
• Attend and be punctual. Our aim is 97%+ attendance and arrive on time, ready to start.
• Always aim for your best and taking responsibility for your own future.
• Be a positive role model by setting a good example for peers through actions and attitude.

Resilience – We expect our students, staff, parents and visitors to:

• Have a positive attitude and face challenges with optimism and confidence.
• Pursue tasks even when difficult or uninteresting. 
• Work hard and never giving up. Keep going, even when things don’t go your way. Keep moving forward.
• Embrace challenges and see obstacles as opportunities to grow.
• Have a commitment to learning.  Stay curious and open to new ideas.
• Adapt to change and stay flexible when routines or expectations shift.
